What comes out of my mouth...

Every night, I ask myself
'What did my tongue confess today?'
Did it curse or did it bless?
Did it speak in vain or did it glorify God?
Was it discouraging or speak of hope?
Did it lie or speak the truth?
Was it pessimistic or optimistic?
Did it cause hurt or heal?
Did it wage war on the innocent or speak of peace?
Did it murmur or sing praises to God for His many wondrous acts?
Did it speak foolishness or wisdom?
Did it indulge in flattery or sincerity?
Did it induce hate or love?

God has placed great power in our tongue. Just as He made all things by speaking it out. In His image He created us and instilled this authority in us too. We need to be careful in what we say to one another. As God said to Abraham:

'I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse' (Genesis 12:3, NIV)

You are blessed by God for blessing someone. Millions of us sit back waiting for God to bless us forgetting that he just gave us the clue to receive that blessing. Take hold of this message and activate your long awaited blessing by calling it upon another. I am a seed of Abraham through Christ and may this blessing you and i speak to each other today multiply  hundreds and thousands of folds in our individual life:

I speak Healing into your life
Speak prosperity into your life
I speak success into your life
I speak heavenly wisdom into your life
I call on grace upon your life
I call on miracle manifestation into your life
I call on the manifestation of the unearthed power instilled in you by God
I condemn timidity in you
I call on the full amour of God on you
I call on good marriage into your life
I call on Joy peace and Happiness into your life
May He be your shield at all times…

Jesus is Lord and He does great things in our life. May we never cease to bless others as he continue to bless us. All Glory Be too God.

Amen

My Everything

Dwight L. Moody said, “When a man thinks he has got a good deal of strength, and is self-confident, you may look for his downfall. It may be years before it comes to light, but it is already commenced.” It happened to most of the great men of the Bible (David, Solomon, Sampson...) and even in our time we see the same. But praise to God, most of these men do not stay there but rise from the ashes in humility. Donnie McClurkin in his song so rightly said "For a saint is just a sinner who fell down but couldn't stay there and got up" (Prov 24:16). Once again, we are reminded that it had not been by human power, strength or knowledge but only Christ. In John 14:6 we learn that Christ is the way, truth and the life and no man can go to the father except through Him. Christ is truly all we need.... OUR EVERYTHING.

Again, when we are being blessed we should not forget that He is “our everything” and only see the path as a plain where we can now run on our own. For it is in this time the path is most slippery. The devil lurks in the shadows with the worst of evils to get us down again. If we make Christ our EVERYTHING at all times we can avoid some of these up and downs. There is this assurance from Christ in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

He is ever ready to come to our rescue...INTERVENTION.

There is no one like Jesus Christ. He is the only one that can give the peace we so seek for in heart and mind.  How can I be with him and not be moved. My soul knows great joy whenever I give him the due reverence and acknowledge him as My EVERYTHING.

Be Prepared

The ant is one of the smallest animals in nature, yet exhibit one of the strongest character that is acknowledge in the bible and in so many other literature. The foresight of the ant and its will to succeed is one to envy. Though a small animal it never cease to give its best to survive (Proverbs 30:25). Let us consider 3 characteristics of this small but intelligent animal.

1. His eyes are always fixed on the future. He is aware of the issues of tomorrow and is always preparing for it. He doesn't sleep nor slumber in the summer time and gathers all the food that it can find. Winter is inevitable and comes with cold and scarcity of food. Time is never on our side and life can be full of uncertainties (Matt 25:10). Save, learn, work and live right as much as you can, for hard times will surely come.

2. He has the ability to delay gratification. The ant is patient and holds all desire until the appointed time. It does not think only about the moment but to be satisfied everyday so he saves for the days ahead. Even when it is little, it still keeps some for tomorrow. If you cannot save from the little you get, you might never be able to save from abundance. To prosper, one must have this character. Pray to God for this. The ant never thinks of being rescued later in life by someone else when the times are hard. Inheritance or no inheritance, work like there is no one.

3. The ant has a cause bigger than itself. Nothing is a challenge if it looks so achievable right from the beginning. Make your dreams a reality. Up until the 20th century, no one thought man could fly but now it is happening. Let us not let age, time, ridicule or anything else prevent us from fulfilling our God given dream.

We have the power to achieve and it was God who placed this in us at birth. The devil the main predator has since birth being trying to destroy this. He makes you feel worthless and underachieved. It is all a lie. Everyone is a winner. You won the first race in your life which is the biggest race you will ever be part of in this life ( 115 million sperms racing to get to the egg that got fertilized to become you). Jesus give us all the courage and the strength to prepare ourselves to become the best at whatever we set out to do. Stay Blessed

Life by the Spirit

Because Grace abounds, does that mean we should keep on sinning? No, for tomorrow is not determine by anyone of us. By the time you are ready to let go of it all , there might not be time to enter into your God given destiny.
"So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under law. The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other." Galatians 5:16-26

By bearing the fruit of the Spirit, the devil can in no way entice us with the perishing pleasures of this world. Like Jesus we can then boldly say "
Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only. (Matt 4:10). Let us prepare for ourselves treasures in a store house where rust and moth cannot destroy it. Remember, this world is not our home but a phase to test our worthiness of entering the glorious kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. In heaven we shall not just be visitors but joint heirs of the Father. I send my love to you all.

Shalom

The Real Thing!

What is happiness? No one knows it like you. How short those moments are and what follows immediately it ends. Most often it is replaced by our burdens of guilt and loneliness. Loneliness, one of the worst things any man or woman should endure. Though superficial even the slave girl or the homeless can be heard from afar laughing like nothing really matters. Will you call that happiness? This happiness is always short lived. We have all experienced it. But there is a way of escape. A way to the real thing!!! HOW? you ask. The answer is JESUS. Remember these words of His:

‘‘I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.’’ John 14:18-20 KJV.

When Stephen look up to heaven on the day he was martyred and Paul and Silas sang in the prison....THAT WAS HAPPINESS. Their present situation had no hold on them. There was no guilt or emptiness to return to. Jesus had had taken it all and was right there in them and they in Him. You got to have Him in there if you want to know what happiness is. Knowing Him is what life is all about.

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33.

Get to know Jesus and ponder over this word of His "I will not leave you comfortless"

cheers!!

New Oil for Revival

Introduction: The Parable of the Ten Virgins (Matt 25:1-13)
25 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
9 “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’
12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

What does OIL represent in your Life?
Anointing of Saul (1 Sam 10: 1, 9-10) and David (1 Sam 16:13, Psalm 89:20-21).
It represents
Ø  PROPHETIC impartation (Saul and David)
Ø  WEALTH and WISDOM (Solomon 1 Kings 3:12&13)
Ø  LIGHT in your life (you can have light or fire) (10 virgins parable)
Ø  SECURITY (the light provided from the oil keeps you in knowing) (Saul pursuit of David 1 Sam 25:10-13)
Ø  POWER (you have the power for economic drive and change)
Acts 1:8: But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Ø  Release from BONDAGE
Isaiah 10: 27: It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.
Ø HEALING
James 5:14&15: Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.

It forms a SIGNIFICANT part of our everyday life because it has its connotation in our SOCIAL and SPIRITUAL LIFE.

How do you obtain this oil of Revival as a Christian?
A.   Spiritual Anointing
Joel 2:28:  “And afterward,    I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.
Acts 2:1-4: When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. 2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[a] as the Spirit enabled them.
After you repent of a life of sin and received Christ as your personal Saviour, follow suit by obtaining the Holy Ghost baptism. This is your oil in this day.

How do you maintain your Spiritual Oil?
A.   Put on the full Armor of God (Truth, Righteousness, Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, sword of the Spirit which is the word of God)
The Barean Jews in relation to the Word, Acts 17:11&12: Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. 12 As a result, many of them believed, as did also a number of prominent Greek women and many Greek men.
Ephesian 6:10-18: Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
B.   Make prayer your daily bread
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
